FRESH CELLS DE LUXE CONCENTRATE is formulated to help strengthen hair. It contains 6% CEGABA (Carboxyethyl gamma-aminobutyric acid); a polyamine indicated to prolong the anagen phase and help strengthen hair follicles. In combination with Serenoa serrulata extract, apple stem cells, antioxidants, a complex of vitamins and minerals and proteins from placenta and soya, it strengthens and revitalizes the hair bulb and has a very marked effect on strengthening the hair.
